Kasp-- 66 Bridges is the largest and most lethal gang in the country. Sure, they do all the fun stuff-- drug traffic, extortion, murder-- but they also build play-grounds, give out scholarships-- they have lawyers. They've got a political action committee that lobbies Congress. Grace & Tumbalt do their P.R. for cripes' sake. They're untouchable-- protected at the highest levels. 
History
The 66 Bridges Gang started as a street gang in Chicago. As the gang grew and began to operate in more cities, it also began bribing and extorting cops and politicians. Eventually, the 66 Bridges founded Grace & Tumbalt as a public relations and lobbying firm for them and it became the largest and most lethal gang in the country.[1]
After the murder of his sister,[6] Rhodey recruited Kasper Cole, Danny Vincent, and Josiah X to his Crew.[7] Working together, they were able to take down Triage and dismantle the 66 Bridges Gang's operations in The Mog.[8]See Also
