History
The criminal organization Advanced Idea Mechanics (A.I.M.) had a headquarters in an undisclosed, tectonically unstable location, which included a factory in the area.[2]
Magnum bid for a multi-billion defense contract[1] against A.I.M., losing the them. Magnum them personally visited A.I.M. Headquarters to ask them to forfeit the contract and, as they refused to, Magnum destroyed their building[3][4][2] and their factory complex in rage[2] (then pretended that a natural earthquake had caused the disaster),[1] which allowed him to take the contract. Magnum then used the profits obtained through it to recover, outfit a new army[2][3][4] and conquer the African country Canaan,[1][3][4][5][6]Residents
