History

Sam Wilson met members of the ABCs gang when he was looking for the missing Bradley Jenkins. Sighting the hero, almost all gang members escaped except for a young member who confronted Falcon with a gun wanting to kill an Avenger, but Falcon easily disarmed him by having him arrested and getting the answer that Bradley was not a member of the ABCs.
