History

Mach-1 shared a similar history to the Mach-1 of the Prime Marvel Universe until the Onslaught event.

Nathaniel Richards of the Prime Marvel Universe had hidden pieces of the Prize along Reed Richards timeline. Immortus, Rama-Tut, Scarlet Centurion and Kang the Conqueror assembled to each retrieve a piece with Scarlet Centurion traveling to this point in time. He jumped to after Onslaught had been unleashed and recruited the Thunderbolts and brought them to just before the Onslaught saga to attack the Fantastic Four. Ultimately the Scarlet Centurion killed Mach-1 by destroying part of Four Freedoms Plaza.
