History

During the launch of Project Rebirth Dr. Abraham Erskine offered Agent Carter to proceeded to the viewing booth, but she elected to stay in the room for the procedure, leading to other men present for obseration doing the same. This caused Nazi spy Heinz Kruger to detonate his explosive device earlier, before Steve Rogers' procedure was finished. Doctor Erskine and Colonel Phillips were killed while Rogers was wounded, forcing Agent Carter to jump inside the Vita-Ray Chamber and undergo the procedure herself.
