History
The Absorbing Man was carrying this ball and chain at the time of his original transformation. Thus the ball and chain also magically possesses the same properties of transformation as his body, providing he is in contact with it.
Capabilities
The ball and chain was being carried by Absorbing Man during his original transformation. Thus it possesses the following capabilities:
- Omni-morph Duplication: Whilst being held by Absorbing Man, the ball and chain is able to duplicate at will the physical properties of anything that Absorbing Man touches or what touches him.
