Adam Warlock created a team consisting of Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man & Wolverine to recover the Infinity Gems that have fallen on Earth.
After the heroes had battled and defeated both Magus and Thanos as well as recovered the Gems, they were thanked by Warlock and returned from Thanos' throne room to Earth and their loved ones.[1]
