History
Reverend Blackburn was a member of the Dragon Circle, an offshoot of the KKK who clashed with that parent organization. He recruited the criminal enforcer Windeagle and clashed with the Black Panther. The Reverend was responsible for the killing of Angela Lynne, the sister of Monica Lynne.[1]
