When a failed business opportunity left him desperate, Adrian toomes became a black marker power-player by scavenging the advanced tech and alien weapons left behind from previous Super Hero battles. Outfitting himself with a massive winged vehicle assembled from these scraps, the Vulture has set his sights on stealing technology so advanced that nobody would be able to stop him once he has it.[1]
