History
Vulture was one of the many villains who attended "Villain Con" and was present at the panel presented by Mysterio where Spider-Man (Miles Morales) appeared from the Cana-Transporter. Vulture teamed up with the other villains to try and catch Spider-Man.[1]

Some of the attendees of Villain Con were clearly people in costumes. The Vulture appeared to be the original and was capable of flight. It is presumed to be the original.
