History

Spider-Queen seemingly had a similar history as her Earth-616 counterpart, except after her take over of Manhattan, she was arrested and taken into custody on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.

Cult of the Spider

Her followers, the Cult of the Spider, broke into the Helicarrier and freed her. She attempted to use her powers to control the Spider-Force, but they were able to suppress her influence. Spider-Man was able to defeat her after being armed with Doctor Octopus' tentacles.
