Synopsis for "The Mad Beasts"
A sadistic prison warden who beats the prisoners and sees them as nothing more than beasts in cages spanks a village boy who comes and lets them escape from their cages at night. While trying to recapture the prisoners the warden becomes covered with dirt and mud and begins to resemble an animal. He goes into one of the cages, and the village boy remembering the lesson he was taught to never let animals out of their cages, locks him in and leaves.
