Agent 77 is the designation of an operative who worked for A.I.M.. Along with Agent 66, he and his partner lured their colleague Dimitri Smirkov into a muagenic chamber and turned him into MODOT in the hopes that he could his abilitiers to talk their supervisors into increasing the Cleveland A.I.M.'s branch's budget or teach them how to talk to attractive women.[1]
