Synopsis for "If At First You Don't Succeed... Die, Die Again!"
After completing an especially painful job, Alex returns home to find Taskmaster drunk on the couch. The two briefly fight before Alex is contacted by Sandi Brandenberg. She informs him that she she desperately needs his help to finish a job. It is revealed that Sandi has agreed to kill Frank Bigelow, the retired super-hero known as Fight-Man. Agent X finds that the despondent ex-hero is willing to die, but is well-nigh invulnerable as every method of killing him that Alex attempts proves ineffective.
