History
The Agents of Atlas was a team led by Atlas Foundation founder Jimmy Woo to circumvent the oppression of Baron Zemo over the domain of Metropolitia. Their agenda ran parallel from S.H.I.E.L.D.'s as they were for the people as S.H.I.E.L.D. was for the Baron.

The entire team together
They stopped the trafficking of humans mutated by the Weapon X program but when member Venus' power overwhelmed her teammates it led to the capture of Woo by the Baron. Teaming up with Director Phil Coulson, the Agents traveled to Zemo's main citadel to rescue Woo but they ended up running into to problems as Gorilla-Man was killed by Zemo's son Helmut who ended up having the Gorilla-Man curse passed onto him.
As they made their escape through the armies of mutates running around the complex they were stopped at their destination point by the Baron himself who shot and killed Coulson for his betrayal. But before Coulson died he relayed Marvel Boy who arrived with the package he was sent to retrieve, Venus. She used her abilities to manipulate the Baron forcing him to fall off the tower to his death. With the loss of friends, Marvel Boy telepathically raised his cloak around the team to make them invisible after Woo put the burden of leadership unto Zemo's son.[1]Paraphernalia
