History
Alan O'Neil was on officer with the NYPD for many years. He believed that Spider-Man was good. He and his partner Vincent Gonzales came across Spider-Man in an alleyway. They later crossed paths again and returned some donation money to the F.E.A.S.T. soup kitchen where May Parker did volunteer work.[1]
Later, they came across the mutated homeless man named Freak.[2]See Also
