History
Unlike his wife, Nari, Albert Moon was supportive of his daughter Cindy's secret relation with Hector Cervantez. He even informed him of Cindy being at a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation.[2] When Cindy developed super-powers, he allowed Ezekiel Sims to take his daughter away.[3]
