History

Unlike his wife, Nari, Albert Moon was supportive of his daughter, Cindy's secret relation with Hector Carvantez. He even informed him of Cindy being at a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation. When Cindy developed super-powers, he allowed Ezekiel Sims to take his daughter away.
