Alchemax is a chemical company in New York. They are indirectly responsible for giving Lonnie Lincoln, also known as Tombstone his invulnerability when he consumed Diox-3 at a young age. On January 23, 1997, Dr. Morgan Michaels wrote a letter concerning Emily Osborn's affliction with Oshtoran Syndrome to Alchemax.[1]
