History
Alchemax is a research company owned by Kingpin. It's unclear as to how Kingpin acquired the organization; but he did so in an attempt to use interdenominational technology to find a dimensional counterpart of his wife and son Vanessa & Richard Fisk (as his family died in a car accident). The research company was led primarily by Dr. Olivia Octavius (The E-1610 Counterpart of Dr. Otto "Octopus" Octavius). Kingpin frequently allowed his payrolled supervillains, mobster henchmen, hitmen, and personal bodyguards within the company as security; effectively making them useful.[1]
Trivia
Alchemax would be located where the Catskill Mountain House Site is located. West of the Hudson River, and adjacent and virtually attached to North / South Lake Campground.
Johnathon Ohnn worked here, later becoming The Spot because of a bagel that Miles Morales threw at him.See Also
