History

Alchemax's history is presumably similar to its Earth-616 counterpart's.

Alchemax was wiped out after Earth was devastated by nuclear war. Before that, it experimented with cybernetics, genetics, and mysterious humanoids called "Lab Rats." Though Alchemax was gone, its headquarters, Alchemax Tower, survived mostly intact. Hulk used the cybernetics in Alchemax Tower to create the Dogs of War.

• In the cybernetics lab of Alchemax Tower, there appears to be remains of Vulture's wings and the tail portion of Scorpion's Suit.
