History
When one of the directors of Alchemax, Walker Sloan, created a time-gateway to connect the present day and the year 2099, he went back in time and created Alchemax many years before its natural creation. This event altered the reality, created a divergence. In this reality, Peter Parker worked in the Alchemax Genetic Division under Dr. Otto Octavius. Miguel O'Hara, the Spider-Man of the year 2099, followed Sloan in the time-gateway and he saw the death of Peter Parker at the hands of the Anti-Venom. For avoid this, Miguel traveled back in time before Peter's death to save him; Miguel saved Peter and he take him in the 2099. As a consequence, the 2099's history was rewritten: Peter Parker became the CEO of Alchemax and became the big villain plotting against the two Spider-Men. [1]
