History

Alex was one of the first mutants to attend Empire State University. After he began dating the human Gigi Martin, the couple created the student organisation Students for Tolerance to promote the peaceful coexistence between their two species.

A telepath with bio-blast abilities, Alex kept his powers bottled up inside of him, until they literally tore him apart from the inside, causing an explosion that killed him and five mutant freshman in his group. Gigi covered the accident up by claiming it was an anti-mutant bombing.

The X-Man Chamber enrolled at ESU to investigate the incident and discovered the truth about Alex's death.
