History
Alex Alaric was a member of the Trust. Named for the Visigoth Chieftain who sacked Rome, Alex was determined not to make the same mistake as his namesake and joined the Trust to destroy the Kingpin's criminal organization in New York City, but failed due to believing a false report of the Kingpin's death. In the process, he formed the Punishment Squad. That was when he was confronted by the Punisher, who instructed him to release info to the press about the rest of the Trust.[1]
