Rhino appears for the first destroying the city, but Spider-Man appears and starts fighting with him, Rhino is not very smart and is defeated by Spider-Man trick where he hits the head and is stunned.

Later Rhino appears again and fight Spider-Man and Scorpion, spider man can hold it on the web boards and knock on him, defeating him.
