History

Alexi Bruskin was an accomplished trainer of Soviet agents for the KGB. His most famous pupils were the Black Widow and Darkstar.

When a Soviet super group came to Los Angeles to capture the Black Widow and Ivan Petrovitch, he broke ranks with the KGB and alerted the Widow to the attack. Together with The Widow, he was captured by the Titanium Man. In the ensuing battles between the Champions and the Soviet group, Bruskin was killed by the Crimson Dynamo.

Notes

• Bruskin's trademark and calling card is a distinctive black pearl. "Black Pearl" was also his nickname for the Black Widow.
