After having temporarily subdued Mark Bittner with an amnesia-granting Melmacian "time capsule" last issue, ALF makes his final preparations to leave Earth. But first, he sends out a marriage proposal to Rhonda (but not before she has her first and only solo adventure), and the Tanners throw him a farewell party.
