History

When Conan of Cimmera came to the city of Akbitana, Alhambra was in the employ of the Babylonian sorcerer known as Shamah-Shum-Ukin. Finding Conan, she seduced him at a bar and drugged his drink, causing him to pass out. She took him to Shamash's citadel, where Shamash intended to drop both she and Conan into his Well at the Center of Time, in the hope of gathering objects of power from the future. Conan eventually broke free from their bonds and helped Alhambra escape the well, however Conan then publicly accused Alhambra of kidnapping and delivering people to Shamash-Shum-Ukin, so the citizens of Akbitana held her in custody.
