History
Alice Hoffman was a famous actress but also an extremist from the Humans Off Planet environmentalist group. She was the contact between HOP and General Urt for the supply of weapons intended to blow up the pipeline in Alaska, but the Punisher pretended to be a man from Urt and made contact with Alice pretending that he would provide her with the necessary weapons meeting in a predetermined place, but in fact she set a trap for him that the Punisher managed to escape anyway.[1]
Convinced that General Urt would support the idea of nature conservation HOP in Alaska, she went to meet the General at his home along with John Three Poles, a native member of HOP, and when John pronounced that the ecological group did not he wanted further relations with the General and his methods of destruction for the acquisition of power, the General killed him with his own bare hands. Alice opened her eyes to the General's true nature, then fled the General's abode and ran to the Punisher telling him that she wanted to help him oppose the General's aims. He accompanied the Punisher to the geothermal station and there with a sniper shot she killed the General's assistant.[2]
Alice flew her plane accompanying the Punisher to Kamchatka to put an end to the matter of General Urt. There they helped a group of local freedom fighters to oppose General Urt and there she had a love affair with Frank. Eventually they blew up the refinery by launching missiles at the fuel tanks and killing General Urt.[3]
