Alicia's life mirrored that of her Earth-616 counterpart up until her friend Sue Richards became pregnant with her second child. Throughout her pregnancy, Sue continually became weaker and weaker until she gave birth and perished during the process.
Alicia volunteered to help take care of Franklin and the baby, that was named Suzy in memory of her mother. However, she soon also began to become weaker and weaker as her life energy was consumed by Suzy.[1]
