History

Alistaire Smythe altered his body to become the Spider-Slayer to seek vengeance against Spider-Man. To this end, he worked with Doctor Octopus and the other villains to steal a wave machine to create an artificial tsunami and sink New York City. Smythe unleashed many Spider-Slayers until he was confronted by Spider-Man and defeated.
