All-New Wolverine #7.

While dreaming of Logan leaving her back at the institute, Laura is woken by a growling right outside her apartment. Ready to attack she opens the door where she is greeted by Squirrel Girl who decided to show up with a wolverine named Jonathan. Furthermore, she informs Laura that when she had put a tracker on a squirrel - who happens to be a father - that squirrel was chased by the men who had followed Laura and is now missing. Wolverine agrees to help save him. Gabby wants to join as well but Laura tells her to stay home since she wants her clone to have a more normal life than she had at her age. Laura also expresses that Gabby's stay should only be temporary until they have found her a proper home.

Later, Laura tracks a scent of the missing squirrel to a hotel. She finds him in a shoe box in a boy's room. Wolverine and Squirrel Girl return him to his missing family and depart after exchanging phone numbers.

When Laura returns home she tells Gabby that she should have taken her with her and that they should stay together. Gabby shouldn't experience the loss of Laura and they belong together.

Hill further explains that Logan, who had tried to assist S.H.I.E.L.D. with the situation, also disappeared.

While Hill takes the girls to Logan's last known location, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents open the box, which turns out to contain a liquid which smell attracts Fin Fang Foom. Synopsis for "The Box: Part 2"

This story is a reprint of the comic
All-New Wolverine #9.

A S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier is attacked by Fin Fang Foom after a box with pheromones that attract him had been spilled on that vehicle. Iron Man flys by to help and attack the monster until Director Hill tells him to stop since they have people inside of him. Meanwhile Wolverine climbs down the beast's belly to find Logan. While the two of them climb out of Fin Fang Foom, he causes the helicarrier to fall out of the sky. Captain Marvel, who also joined the fight, helps Iron Man slow down the helicarrier's fall into the Upper New York Bay.

Gabby decides to use a jetpack to fly and talk to Carol and Tony, just as Laura and Logan emerge from the monster's mouth. Gabby flys Logan, who has been injured by Fin Fang Fooms stomach acid, to safety while Iron Man and Captain Marvel attack the beast. Meanwhile, Wolverine covers herself in the pheromone to lure the monster into the ocean while S.H.I.E.L.D. gets rid of the rest of the pheromone.

Later Laura returns to her apartment to find that that's where Gabby took Logan. He, still exhausted and recovering from his injuries tells Laura he remembers her apartment - it is where he raised her.
