History
Grey Skull was a former leader of A.I.M. who took an incomplete version of the Super-Soldier Serum, which gave him powers similar to Captain America but left him deformed. He recruited Prowler and the Tinkerer to acquire a Cosmic Cube and an interdimensional portal in order to access other realities and sell the weaponry he acquired to his own reality. He was confronted by Captain America who destroyed the Cube before it could fully power the device and the Grey Skull was vaporized..[1]
