History

Alta was one Valkyries of All-Father Bor. At some point during her service, Alta fell in love with her comrade Rūna and taught her how to throw axes, the two eventually entered into a romantic relationship. After she fell in a battle against a dark god, Rūna was escorting Alta's soul through the Realm Between when they were attacked and trapped inside an undead Celestial bound to Knull by All-Black.

After the Headless Celestial's body was destroyed, the souls trapped within were freed. After a brief reunion with Alta, who departed to Valhalla, Rūna returned to the land of living.
