Brigadier Alysande Stuart is the Commander of the Weird Happenings Organization, where her brother Alistaire also works as a scientist. When a giant prehistoric Wyvern went rampaging across London, the Brigadier guided one of operatives, Spider-UK, through solving the situation using W.H.O. resources.[1]
