Amanda Clarksdale was an Empire State University student who used a transdimensional doorway to find an alternate-reality version of herself that happened to be a genius grant recipient. Amanda used her counterpart to help her studies. She was eventually found out, and she became an example used by Cindy Lawton to justify the necessity for the E.S.U.'s latest innovation, an anti-plagiarism software called Watchr.[1]
