We open with commentary from Dr. Miles Warren's journal then as he speaks we cut to a school corridor and see one person pining up another to a locker saying "you are so dead Ogden" and punches him in the face thus causing him to bleed from the nose and fall to the floor. Warren commentates on the circle of life, separating the weak from the strong, then he says about a random element being thrown into the mix and then we see a bug biting someone and that someone is Richard Davies who now has spider-sense, and while all of this is going on, Ogden gets up and gets a gun from the back of his pants and was just about to shoot when Richard "swats" him with his hand and Warren commentates that he has enhanced speed and super-strength as he accidentally smashes his head into a locker, then some witness says he killed him and he ran in a fright; then we cut to Warren laughing and saying "One test subject down eight million to go. So who's next?"

Spider-Man confides that he didn't fare so well in his battle with Anti-Venom, so Shang-Chi further assists him in his martial arts training -- this time helping him develop his very own fighting style "the way of the spider," which is tailor-made for his specific strengths and weaknesses. The training appears to pay off and a grateful Spider-Man thanks Shang-Chi for investing in him. After Spider-Man leaves, Madame Web reveals herself. She had secretly observed the entire training session with Shang-Chi's consent. She admits that while she knows almost everything, she doesn't know if Spider-Man's training will be enough to help him win the coming battle.

Reprint of the 2nd story from
Amazing Spider-Man #665

As she reflects on her memories regarding Peter's early days of living in her house in Queens, while having Peter, Carlie, and Jonah over for dinner, May announces they had a ulterior motive for inviting them over. Jay sternly tells them that he and May are putting the house up for sale and moving to Boston for their own safety since the recent incidents had made them realize that it is too dangerous to remain in New York. During the moving, as he and the Watsons are helping May and Jay with packing the moving van, Peter and MJ reflect on the many incidents that happened around the house over the years. Later, as Peter is saying goodbye to his Aunt May he gives her a Boston Red Sox cap as a parting gift.
