So she stays away to forget.
El Hombre Araña sees a blinding light, and as he follows the trail he sees a cop chasing someone. The cops accept his help and ask him to capture the costumed man who stole a case with radioactive vials from a lab. They warn: If the vials are exposed to air, they'd be deadly. El Hombre Araña chases and finds his old enemy Electro, who claims to have come back precisely to fight el Hombre Araña. While fighting Electro, el Hombre Araña sees a truck that will run over an old man. El Hombre Araña saves the man, and the audience cheer him, but Electro runs away to his secret lair.
From there, Electro phones the police and asks for one million dollars, in the city's garden fountain, in 1 hour time. The media reports it, and the money is delviered. Plainclothes agents await near the fountain to capture Electro, but he stuns them with an electric shock. Electro offers to deliver the radioactive vials, but only by opening the case. The people warn him not to, and he mockingly leaves with the vials, as if the people could not decide.
El Hombre Araña intercepts him. Electro has to move his briefcases of money to fight without dropping them. Electro's shocks blind el Hombre Araña and he intends to kill the hero; but el Hombre Araña's powers allow him to resist a shock and he takes one of the money briefcases. El Hombre Araña throws the case to an antenna far away and, when Electro goes after his booty, el Hombre Araña hits him. Focusing on el Hombre Araña, Electro shocks him and stuns him, then goes for the money. El Hombre Araña recovers in time and throws Electro a web. Electro loses his balance and drops the radioactive case. Not without difficulty, el Hombre Araña stops the vial from breaking with another web; then, he delivers it to the police. Electro threatens the cop, but el Hombre Araña gets in his way.
Electro increases his voltage to attack el Hombre Araña. El Hombre Araña runs to the rooftops, purportedly to get space to fight. Electro chases him to some water tanks and accidentally collides with one of them. Electro is shocked, losing his powers, and he's delivered to the cops.
A cop tells el Hombre Araña that he admires him, and that surely el Hombre Araña is happy in his life because he can do anything. El Hombre Araña rudely leaves without answering, thinking about his romantic loss.
