Synopsis for "Who Run the World?"
Kingpin tries to get hold of something that is very important to him, only to find that Boomerang has already taken it. Against all expectations, Peter is starting to bond with Fred, who greatly appreciates that Fisk's men never do anything to him if he is with Peter. Meanwhile, the criminal gang that evaded Electro proposes to join them; Francine is initially not interested, but when she finds out that the purpose of the Sinister Syndicate is to kill Boomerang, she accepts. The group attacks Myers, at the F.E.A.S.T. center, where he is a volunteer.
