Black Ant and Taskmaster kidnap the Vulture, at the behest of someone who apparently pays them well. Peter hates having Boomerang as a roommate, and following him he discovers that he meets his old gang to play poker. Knowing that Peter was the official photographer of Spider-Man, he takes him to the Bar With No Name pretending to be a supervillain: the Liar.The reason is that trivial pursuit is played that evening with Spider-Man as an argument: Boomerang proposes that Peter keep the prize money, while he will make a good impression. Young Parker initially doesn't want to know, but then decides to stay to find out something about the criminals' plans. Obviously Peter guesses all the answers and ends up enjoying us. Meanwhile, Boomerang tries to extort money from Kingpin, so Kingpin puts a bounty on him.

To earn bounty on Boomerang, criminals assault him and Peter en masse. Myers manages to procure a weapon for the roommate and although he has to hide his powers, it turns out that he and Boomerang are an excellent team.The two manage to escape and Boomerang injures himself to protect Peter. The criminal confesses that what Spider-Man saw him meet were only robots, which he had built for company. Pitying Peter invites him to go out with him and Randy next Sunday. Enraged by the fact that Boomerang got away Kingpin thinks he will kill his roommates to frighten him, but a mysterious being with a bandaged face, requires him not to hurt Peter.

Odessa Drake, head of the New York Thieves Guild, is determined to bring her organization back to its former glory, and to make her feared again, she decides to steal superhero weapons and gadgets.

Peter and MJ are taking a walk and discussing that they both need to find work. Peter receives a call from Tony Stark who is gathering all the superheroes to look for the stolen items. After launching himself from a roof, Spider-Man discovers that they have stolen his Web-Shooters. Fortunately his fall is stopped by the Black Cat ... who then claws him on the face.

Synopsis for "Heist: Part 2"

This story is a reprint of the comic
Amazing Spider-Man Vol 5 #9.

Spidey believes that Felicia has returned to being evil, but she tells him that he just wanted to take revenge on him who had tried to tow her. Peter realizes that it was the work of his duplicate and explains it to the cat, who claims to know who took the superheroes' objects, and asks him for help to recover them. The spider agrees thus hoping to regain the trust of the other superheroes. Meanwhile, MJ has a coffee with Carlie Cooper back in town, and she talks to him about a support group for relatives and superhero friends with whom the redhead decides to join. Meanwhile, the cat and the spider reach the headquarters of the Thieves Guild, and after she has told him the story, the two infiltrate it. Once the loot is found, a dispute breaks out between the two: Peter wants to return all the stolen goods, while Felicia wants to keep half of it, but before they can resolve the matter they are surrounded by guild members.

Synopsis for "Heist: Part 3"

This story is a reprint of the comic
Amazing Spider-Man Vol 5 #10.

While the spider and the cat face the Thieves Guild, Mary Jane talks to the Lookups about her relationship with Peter and how she wonders if it would be better for him to hang out with someone like him.

Spider-Man unmasks again to Black Cat

Odessa decides to put the loot in the guild vault from which nothing has ever come out, and to throw the cat and the spider in it too. Meanwhile, the superheroes locate the place where their goods are located... thanks to the find my phone app used by Ms. Marvel, so the guild is forced to flee; however, Odessa has managed to achieve her goal: to make her organization feared again.

Spider-Man and the Black Cat at the end of the emergency start chatting on a roof and the second declares that if she became a crime boss it does not depend only on what Doc Ock did to her when he was in Spider-Man's body, but from the fact that she cannot remember the latter's identity, which he explains to her is due to a spell. Felicia feels bad about it, declaring that after all that she and the spider have shared, she deserves to remember and so Peter takes off the mask in front of her canceling the effects of the magic. While the first time she found out about his identity, she was almost horrified, Felicia burst into tears this time, and hugs him.

Meanwhile, the mysterious being with his face covered by bandages seems furious that Peter has rebuilt his friendship with Felicia.
