Ghost Dancer was a centuries old sorcerer from the Caribbean. He was recruited by U.S. ArmyMajor Alan Dakor, alongside Emerald Warlock and Agatha Harkness, to join the Department of the Uncanny and help stop the threat of Hilda von Hate. The group allied with the Invaders and traveled to Tian where they killed Hilda and defeated her Zombies. The Ghost Dancer married Grace and decided to settle down and retired from magic. When Hilda seemingly resurfaced in modern times, the still youthful Emerald Warlock visited Ghost Dancer and they teamed up with the Avengers Unity Division to stop the zombie curse being spread from the site of her first defeat, discovering the source of the disturbance to be Erida, the Goddess of Hatred. They defeated her and Ghost Dancer sensed the evil within the Emerald Warlock and the two returned to his farm where the Warlock killed the Ghost Dancer.[1]
