History

Andrew Airs was a member of the Beyond Corporation's board of directors. After Ben Reilly readopted the identity of Spider-Man while working for Beyond, Kraven the Hunter broke into Airs' penthouse and killed him in order to alert Beyond so they would dispatch the hero.
