History
Andy Seifert was a NYPD detective who had gambling problems which caused him to become indebted to the mob. To repay them Andy started supplying a dirty cop by the name of Leary cocaine that he would get from drug busts. After the Punisher takes out the criminals that Andy was going to take the drugs from he has no choice but to confess what he had been doing to his partner Mike Pearse. Mike decides to help him but when they confront Leary it ends in all of their deaths.
