History
Andy Taylor was the Sheriff of Medina County, the famous site for the Scourge's "Bar With No Name" massacre. He assisted Rocket Racer in capturing the Packrats who were in search of the weapons and paraphernalia abandoned by the criminals who were killed in the massacre.[1]
