Three years ago, Judge Anson Howell starting illegally buying painkillers for his wife. Unbeknownst to him, his drug dealer, Tats, worked for the crime lord Tombstone.

Once the Wraith found out, she provided enough evidence to the District Attorney to indite both Howell and Tombstone. He was consequently sent to Ryker's Island.
