History
Taskmaster was a student at Hydra School, he left them because he felt bored since he wasn't challenged at all while in there, Loki got ahold of this information from talking with Baron Zemo and suggested that they recruit him to the Avengers Academy.
Loki knew that it would be hard to recruit him, so he asked Captain America who Taskmaster was a fan of for help and they eventually were able to recruit him to the Academy.
Upon being recruited Loki and Enchantress came up with a plan to take over the Academy along with him, they were going to use a Bifrost Gate in a timefog blocked area in the Academy, to bring an army of Frost Giants and take over the Academy with their help, they failed when Odin noticed their plan and stopped them.
Thunderbolts[]
Diretor Fury created the Thunderbolts because he wanted a team that would do the dirty work that the more good hearted students wouldn't, so the team consisted mostly of former criminals that wanted to turn their life around, Taskmaster became one of it's members.
