Researchers at Rockefeller University found a way to utilize Anti-Yellow Quarks to synthesize the Power Cosmic by reversing the decay of cosmic rays. The Anti-Yellow Quarks were stolen by the Super Skrull. He attempted to use the quarks to summon Omnipotentis; however, he was stopped by the combined efforts of Moon Girl, the Devil Dinosaur, the Human Torch, and the Thing.[1]
