History
He was a terrorist who tried to kill Tony Stark while he was donating many of his armors for an expo in New York Hall of Sciene at Queens. He and Tony Stark (equiped with repulsor blasts) battled, and when he was about to finish Tony, Spider-Man appeared, and by using a chest of an Iron Man armor, he absorbed the energy and produced a shortcut in Whiplash's whip, knocking him out.[1]
