History
Ape-Man was a member of the Ani-Men together with Frog-Man and Cat-Man who formed due to unknown circumstances who participated on the assault of Manhattan by multiple villains when the heroes were abducted for the Beyonder's Secret Wars.[1] The team returned during the Civil War and gathered with other villians at the behest of Hammerhead.[2]
