History

Arakko was a land of hardy mutant warriors that was once joined by Krakoa but was separated from it eons ago. It ended up on Polemachus where it was conquered by Arkon. Arkon challenged Apocalypse to a crossing of swords and hired a group of enemies of Krakoa against their Swordbearers. After Arkon was killed by Apocalypse, he was reunited with his wife Genesis who presented Arakko to the Krakoan mutants. Genesis and Apocalypse stayed on Polemachus, while the other Krakoans returned on their island with the Arakkii mutants.
